Project Manager (Mission Critical)

You'll join with the backing of an established business and a strong pipeline of complex projects. As the local team grows, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery while building client relationships and helping shape the future of the Raleigh operation.
What you'll be doing:
Manage MEP projects across the mission critical and data center market
Take ownership of project scope, schedules and budgets
Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing design teams
Lead projects from design through construction and closeout
Manage project deliverables and client expectations
Review designs, RFIs, submittals and construction documentation
Identify project risks and resolve issues throughout delivery
Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants
Maintain quality across multiple projects
Support proposals and new business opportunities
Help develop project teams as the Raleigh office grows
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
5+ years of engineering or project management experience
Strong understanding of MEP systems and project delivery
Experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects
Mission critical or data center experience is preferred
Industrial or similarly complex project experience will also be considered
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
PMP or PE certification would be an advantage
