Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction

This is an opportunity to take ownership of major projects with complex MEP and technology packages. You'll be involved from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with clients, trade partners and field teams. For an experienced data center Project Manager, it offers the scale of work and responsibility to continue building toward more senior project leadership.
What you'll be doing:
Manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Take ownership of project schedules, budgets and overall delivery
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and vendors
Work closely with Superintendents to manage field operations
Oversee procurement and contracts for trade partners and suppliers
Monitor costs, forecasting and project reporting
Manage schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Coordinate complex MEP and technology packages
Identify project risks and resolve issues before they affect delivery
Maintain strong relationships with owners, designers and other stakeholders
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout construction
Mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers and field staff
What we're looking for:
7-10+ years of progressive construction management experience
3+ years of mission critical or data center construction experience
Experience managing projects valued at $50M+
Strong understanding of complex MEP and technology integration
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline preferred
Equivalent relevant field experience will also be considered
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts and project controls
Experience with scheduling, cost control and financial management
Proficiency with construction project management software
Confident client-facing and team leadership skills
