Project Manager (Data Center)

What you'll be doing:
Lead large data center projects from early planning through closeout
Guide project schedules and monitor progress
Keep communication open with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
Coordinate meetings and support day to day project activities
Visit active sites to track progress and address issues
Review project documentation to keep everything accurate and up to date
Help the team stay aligned on goals and deadlines
Contribute to training and support efforts that strengthen project delivery
What we're looking for:
4+ years of construction experience, preferably with mission-critical or base-building projects
Proven ability to manage $100M+ ground-up construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to oversee large teams
Background in managing complex project schedules and stakeholder coordination
Proficient with Procore, P6 and Bluebeam
