Project Manager - Civil

This firm specializes in civil and structural solutions for commercial and institutional projects, guiding clients through site development for offices, schools, mixed-use, and commercial properties. The civil team works alongside structural engineers to coordinate both design and construction. The firm is recognized for precise technical work and consistent project delivery, supporting long-term client partnerships across multiple sectors.

What you'll be doing:


  • Lead civil engineering projects from planning through construction documentation

  • Oversee grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design

  • Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to keep projects on track

  • Serve as the main point of contact for civil scope and client coordination

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing

  • Lead permitting and work with local agencies

  • Mentor junior engineers and designers

  • Maintain quality control across all civil deliverables



What we're looking for:


  • 7–12 years of civil engineering experience

  • Proven experience managing civil site development projects

  • Background in commercial, institutional, or mixed-use developments

  • Strong knowledge of grading, stormwater retention and detention, hydrology, and utilities

  • Experience with permitting and agency coordination

  • PE license preferred or in progress

  • Excellent communication skills and experience leading teams
