Project Manager - Civil

What you'll be doing:
Lead civil engineering projects from planning through construction documentation
Oversee grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design
Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to keep projects on track
Serve as the main point of contact for civil scope and client coordination
Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing
Lead permitting and work with local agencies
Mentor junior engineers and designers
Maintain quality control across all civil deliverables
What we're looking for:
7–12 years of civil engineering experience
Proven experience managing civil site development projects
Background in commercial, institutional, or mixed-use developments
Strong knowledge of grading, stormwater retention and detention, hydrology, and utilities
Experience with permitting and agency coordination
PE license preferred or in progress
Excellent communication skills and experience leading teams
