They're looking for a Project Manager to help lead projects and support the next phase of growth.
What you'll be doing:
Managing façade restoration and building envelope projects throughout New York City
Coordinating clients, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
Conducting site visits, investigations, and condition assessments
Preparing technical reports, specifications, and construction documents
Supporting construction administration and project delivery activities
Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
Assisting with regulatory compliance and DOB related requirements
Supporting projects from initial investigation through construction completion
Maintaining strong communication with clients and project stakeholders
What we're looking for:
7+ years' experience in building envelope consulting, façade restoration, forensic architecture, or a related field
Experience managing restoration, repair, and rehabilitation projects
Familiarity with NYC DOB requirements and FISP (Local Law 11)
Strong client facing communication and coordination skills
Architecture or Engineering background preferred
Professional licensure (RA or PE) is advantageous but not required
Strong report writing and technical documentation experience
Excellent organization and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
