What you'll be doing:
Oversee and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
Coordinate with healthcare providers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project's success
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, addressing any issues or delays promptly
Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and building codes
What we're looking for:
5-7 years of experience working in construction, with a strong background in managing healthcare projects
Experience managing projects in the $40M-$100M+ range, particularly in the healthcare sector
In-patient healthcare project experience is ideal
Motivated, go-getter attitude with the ability to drive projects forward
Well-tenured, with a solid reputation for reliability and leadership
Strong leadership experience with the ability to run projects from start to finish
