What you'll be doing:
Leading projects from concept design through construction administration
Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
Managing project schedules, budgets, and overall deliverables
Overseeing technical documentation and drawing production
Supporting project quality across both design and technical execution
Participating in client meetings and helping maintain strong working relationships
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team collaboration
Working across multifamily, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects
What we're looking for:
Professional degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect preferred
Experience managing multifamily, commercial, hospitality, or mixed use projects
Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination
Proficiency in Revit and other industry standard software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a collaborative environment
Confidence working across both technical delivery and client coordination
