Their full-service approach includes preconstruction, construction, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and post-construction support. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role on impactful commercial projects throughout the region.

What you'll be doing:


  • Manage commercial construction projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million in value

  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, adjusting timelines as needed

  • Create and manage budgets, control costs, and mitigate financial risks

  • Act as the primary client contact and lead communication across internal and external teams

  • Enforce quality control, ensure safety compliance, and manage project risk

  • Oversee procurement processes and maintain accurate project documentation



What we're looking for:


  • 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor

  • Experience delivering K12 or other large commercial and institutional projects

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction software such as Procore

  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and shop drawings

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
