What you'll be doing:
Manage commercial construction projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million in value
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, adjusting timelines as needed
Create and manage budgets, control costs, and mitigate financial risks
Act as the primary client contact and lead communication across internal and external teams
Enforce quality control, ensure safety compliance, and manage project risk
Oversee procurement processes and maintain accurate project documentation
What we're looking for:
3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
Experience delivering K12 or other large commercial and institutional projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction software such as Procore
Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
