A bit about you:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
Track record managing projects ranging from $5M to $30M+ in value
Confident using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Clear communicator with proven leadership and team coordination skills
Able to read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings with precision

Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are met
Oversee budgets, monitor costs, and proactively manage risk
Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead project teams
Uphold quality and safety standards, and manage compliance
Handle project records, procurement, and coordination of materials and subcontractors
