What you'll be doing:
Lead project teams with direct authority on means, methods, and execution decisions
Ensure each project meets or exceeds profitability and strategic growth targets
Maintain strong client satisfaction leading to repeat business and long-term partnerships
Mentor and develop project staff, fostering internal growth and advancement
Collaborate with senior leadership on critical project decisions and execution strategies
Oversee all phases of construction, from pre-planning to closeout
What we're looking for:
20+ years of relevant construction industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Deep understanding of cost control, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and construction methods
Skilled at building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Effective communicator with strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient with project management tools like Procore, Timberscan, P6, Excel, and Word
Knowledge of the regional market and proven ability to lead high-performing teams
