What you'll be doing:

Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level staff members
What we're looking for:
Licensed PLA with a passion for landscape architecture
A strong portfolio showcasing successful public-facing projects, especially in commercial and park settings
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, clients, and complex projects
Proven success in business development and client relationship management
