The role is ideal for an experienced Landscape Architect who enjoys balancing project leadership, client relationships, business development, and team mentorship.
What you'll be doing:
Lead complex landscape architecture projects from concept through construction
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners
Support business development efforts and help secure new project opportunities
Manage project teams and oversee high-quality design delivery
Mentor landscape architects, designers, and emerging professionals
Collaborate with planners, architects, engineers, and environmental specialists
Contribute to strategic planning, market expansion, and office growth initiatives
Present design concepts and project strategies to clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
Professional Landscape Architect registration (PLA/RLA)
Strong leadership, client management, and business development experience
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software
