What you'll be doing:
Leading complex landscape architecture projects from concept through construction
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners
Driving business development efforts and supporting new project pursuits
Managing project teams and overseeing project delivery
Mentoring landscape architects, designers, and emerging professionals
Collaborating with planners, architects, engineers, and environmental specialists
Participating in strategic planning and office growth initiatives
Presenting design concepts and project strategies to clients and stakeholders
Managing project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
Supporting the continued growth of the landscape architecture practice
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture
Professional Landscape Architect registration (PLA/RLA)
Strong client management and business development experience
Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
Experience managing projects from concept through construction
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
Experience mentoring and developing design professionals
Proficiency with industry standard landscape architecture software
Interest in helping grow a practice and expand market presence
