Plumbing Engineer (Mission Critical)

You'll join the local team at an early stage while benefiting from the resources and project pipeline of an established business. It's an opportunity to develop specialist data center experience and take on greater responsibility as the Dallas operation grows.
What you'll be doing:
Design plumbing systems for mission critical and data center facilities
Develop domestic water, sanitary, storm and vent systems
Design specialty piping systems for complex projects
Complete plumbing calculations and equipment sizing
Prepare coordinated construction documents and technical specifications
Ensure designs meet relevant plumbing codes and project requirements
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural teams
Review RFIs, submittals and construction documentation
Support projects from design through construction and closeout
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3+ years of plumbing engineering or design experience
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant codes
Proficiency with Revit
Commercial or industrial project experience
Mission critical or data center experience would be a strong advantage
EIT certification preferred
PE or CPD certification would be a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
