PE Producer
About the company:
Join a growing, design focused engineering firm building a strong presence in land development. This is a hybrid role where you’ll be part of a close knit team, with hands on leadership, accessible decision making, and the trust to take ownership and work directly with clients.
What you'll be doing:
Manage land development projects from design through permitting
Prepare and review site civil plans including grading, drainage, and utilities
Design stormwater systems, septic layouts, and sewer connections
Use Civil 3D for design and plan production
Work directly with clients, municipalities, and internal teams
Support proposals and help maintain client relationships
Keep projects on track in terms of scope, schedule, and quality
What we're looking for:
PE license
5-10 years of civil engineering experience
Strong background in land development and site civil work
Experience with stormwater, septic, and sewer design
Proficiency in Civil 3D and site grading
Comfortable managing projects and speaking directly with clients
Interest in contributing to business development and growing accounts
