MEP Project Manager
About the company:
Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering and consulting firm driven by client goals, with over 50 years experience. They are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Project Manager to join their MEP Engineering team. The candidate selected will manage multiple projects of varying size and scope, expand current client engagements, and encourage the expansion of service offerings by other internal teams.
What you'll be doing:
Strong technical skills as well as the ability to interface with clients
Consult with client to determine project scope, requirements, budget and timeline
Generate work plans, fee proposals and project schedules in response to client’s request
Develop and execute contracts
Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project
Foster a collaborative work environment
Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants
Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews
Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies
Develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
Revit proficiency
PE license (preferred)
Able to work in-person (approx 2 days per week)
10+ years Project Management experience
Deltek experience (preferred)
LEED AP certification (preferred)
