MEP Engineer

What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage retro-commissioning projects to optimize MEP system performance
Conduct energy audits, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee implementation
Ensure compliance with LL87 and NYC energy codes
Review building system performance and provide strategic recommendations for energy efficiency
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Develop and implement MEP system strategies that meet project goals
What we're looking for:
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and retro-commissioning
Experience with LL87 compliance and assessments
Familiarity with NYC and/or Philadelphia energy codes and regulations (preferred)
Proven ability to analyze building systems and provide energy-efficient solutions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
