Mechanical/Plumbing Project Manager

With more than 300 people in the company and close to a century in the industry, they have built long standing client relationships through consistent, reliable project delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Manage plumbing and HVAC projects from early planning through final delivery
Work closely with clients and internal teams to align on scope, budgets, and schedules
Build work plans, project schedules, and fee proposals
Support contract development and help set clear goals for each project
Review construction documents and coordinate with consultants
Help resolve technical and design questions as projects move forward
Provide guidance and support to team members and junior staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships
What we're looking for:
Background in plumbing and HVAC within commercial or similar building sectors
Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Around 3-5 years or more of project management experience
PMP is a plus but not required
Able to balance technical work with clear communication
