What you'll be doing:
Take ownership of mechanical engineering projects and move into responsibility quickly under supportive mentorship
Use Revit for modeling and coordinating projects across disciplines
Develop detailed drawings and documentation in AutoCAD
Perform load calculations and energy modeling as needed
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, plumbing and electrical teams to ensure designs are aligned
Communicate regularly with clients, owners, regulatory agencies, consultants, and contractors
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
What we're looking for:
3+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a consulting environment
Proficiency with Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD
Familiarity with load calculation and energy modeling software
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam
Experience in healthcare, laboratory, education, or infrastructure projects is a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Resourceful in problem-solving design or construction challenges
