We are working with a well regarded MEP consulting firm that has built a strong reputation across a range of sectors. They’ve grown steadily over time and are known for fostering a supportive environment where engineers are given clear direction, hands on mentorship, and room to progress.
They’re continuing to expand their Dallas team and are now looking to bring in a mechanical engineer to support that growth.
What you'll be doing
Work closely with design and project teams to keep mechanical designs aligned with codes and quality standards
Prepare and review construction documents ensuring accuracy
Design HVAC systems, including load calculations and equipment selection
Support project budgets, schedules, and key milestones
Help guide junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
3+ years of HVAC design experience, ideally within commercial or multifamily projects
Comfortable with load calculations using tools like Manual J, TRACE, HAP, or similar
Experience with ductwork, piping design, hydraulic calculations, and building codes
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and or Revit
Able to read and interpret construction documents and technical standards with confidence
