What you'll be doing:
Lead the design of mechanical building systems across a variety of projects
Manage projects from design through delivery
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
Carry out site visits, inspections, and technical reviews
Ensure projects meet relevant codes, standards, and quality requirements
Mentor junior engineers and support the continued growth of the team
What we're looking for:
10+ years of mechanical engineering experience
Strong background in mechanical building systems design
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
PMP, LEED AP, or WELL AP certification desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Comfortable leading projects and mentoring engineering teams
