What you'll be doing:


  • Manage multiple HVAC and plumbing projects at different phases of design and construction

  • Lead a team of engineers and modelers in developing system designs and documentation

  • Oversee client communication, project schedules, and coordination with other disciplines

  • Review energy models, load calculations, and design deliverables for accuracy and quality

  • Provide guidance on system integration, controls, and performance testing

  • Conduct site visits and evaluations throughout Northern California

  • Collaborate with clients to ensure technical solutions meet functional and operational goals



What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Senior Mechanical Designer

  • Solid understanding of HVAC and plumbing design for healthcare, education, and commercial projects

  • Proficiency with energy modeling and load calculation software

  • Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD for coordination and review

  • Experience with Central Utility Plant design and campus distribution systems

  • Strong communication, documentation, and client management skills
