What you'll be doing:
Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and energy systems, across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional projects
Oversee projects from concept through construction, making sure designs meet technical standards, budgets, and schedules
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other disciplines to deliver fully coordinated designs
Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and quality oversight throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with clients, participate in meetings, and communicate design solutions and suggestions
What we're looking for:
10+ years of relevant experience in the US construction industry
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable managing projects and teams while staying organised
