What you'll be doing:
Lead the mechanical engineering team across a variety of MEP projects
Provide technical leadership and support throughout project delivery
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design coordination
Manage project programmes, resources, and client expectations
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
Carry out site visits, inspections, client meetings, and technical reviews
Ensure projects comply with local codes, regulations, and quality standards
Support mentoring, training, and the ongoing development of the engineering team
What we're looking for:
20+ years of mechanical engineering experience within the MEP industry
Professional Engineer (PE) licence in Maryland
Strong leadership and project management experience
Background leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Experience delivering HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection projects
Passion for mentoring engineers and supporting business growth
