Landscape Architecture Project Manager

This growing design practice in the Greater Nashville area focuses on landscape architecture and land planning across residential, civic, and mixed-use projects that shape everyday spaces. The team is building a group of skilled designers and project leaders who support all phases of a project. As the firm expands, they are looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role, guide projects with confidence, and help the team continue to develop.
What you'll be doing:
Lead multiple projects from early concept through completion
Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall workflow
Review design criteria, drawings, and technical specifications throughout each phase
Support proposals and coordinate with internal team members
Mentor and guide junior staff to keep projects on track
Oversee monthly billing for accuracy and timeliness
Direct design production using industry standard drafting and design software
Attend and lead meetings with clients, agencies, consultants, and contractors
Step in on additional responsibilities as projects require
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
5+ years experience in planning, landscape architecture, or multidisciplinary design
Professional licensure or certification preferred
Experience working on land development projects in both public and private sectors
Proficiency in common design and drafting software platforms
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Adaptable and effective in a fast paced team environment
