What you'll be doing:
Guide the vision and growth of the landscape architecture team
Oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring design quality
Mentor and support the development of staff
Manage complex projects across public and private sectors
Support business development and maintain client relationships
Collaborate closely with other disciplines and firm leadership
What we're looking for:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
Licensure as a Landscape Architect, or the ability to obtain it
10+ years of professional experience, including leadership and project management
Strong design sense and technical skills
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
Clear communication and presentation abilities
