What you'll be doing:
Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction
Be the main point of contact with clients
Coordinate with internal designers and outside consultants to keep projects running smoothly
Manage schedules, budgets, and staffing needs
Review drawings and technical documents to ensure accuracy and quality
Support and guide junior team members when needed
Take part in proposals and presentations as the studio continues to grow
What we're looking for:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture
10+ years of professional experience with a strong background in project management
Landscape architecture licensure is preferred, or you are able to obtain it
Strong skills in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and technical tools
Clear communication, steady leadership, and strong organizational skills
Someone who can balance design goals with technical realities and client expectations
