What you'll be doing:
Manage and oversee high-end residential and hospitality design projects
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout each phase
Support design direction while ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, creative studio environment
Contribute to studio operations and long-term planning
What we're looking for:
6+ years of experience in landscape architecture
Strong skills in project management and client coordination
Confident managing projects through all phases of design and construction
Excited to contribute to the operations and culture of a growing studio
Experience in residential and/or boutique hospitality projects preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (or similar tools)
