What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage complex, multi-phase projects in both private and public sectors
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and consultants
Oversee the development of design documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and creative quality
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the landscape architecture group
Collaborate with in-house civil engineers and planners to deliver integrated solutions
What we're looking for:
12+ years of experience in landscape architecture
Proven strength in project management and client coordination
Confident leading projects from concept through construction
Technically oriented with the ability to oversee and review design work of junior team members
A natural team leader ready to mentor and help shape the next generation of designers
