What you'll be doing:
Lead and oversee large-scale landscape architecture projects from concept to completion
Develop and implement design strategies that align with client goals and firm objectives
Manage and mentor a team of designers and landscape architects, fostering professional growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships, securing new business opportunities
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure design excellence and efficiency
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and planners
What we're looking for:
13+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality public and private sector work
Expertise in urban design, master planning, and sustainable landscape solutions
Ability to lead and mentor design teams, providing strategic direction and oversight
Strong business development skills, including client relationship management and proposal development
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
