Landscape Architect
About the company:
This is a landscape architecture studio focused on delivering considered, well executed projects across the Southwest. Their work brings together design and technical delivery, with the team involved at every stage to keep things consistent. They’re now looking for someone who can support that process and take ownership of projects.
What you'll be doing:
Lead projects from concept through construction and final delivery
Produce detailed design packages including site analysis, renderings, and construction documents
Ensure all work meets local, state, and national codes and regulations
Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall delivery
Work closely with clients throughout the design and build process
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and other consultants to resolve site challenges
Support and mentor junior team members
Prepare permit applications and oversee approvals
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
6+ years of experience in landscape architecture
Strong AutoCAD skills
Good understanding of code and compliance across different levels
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong leadership and project management skills
Good time management and organization
Clear communication and presentation skills
