Landscape Architects here are given broad involvement across projects, with exposure spanning design coordination, permitting, site visits, and delivery.They’re now looking for a Landscape Architect who enjoys collaborative project environments and wants strong exposure across both design and site coordination.
What you'll be doing:
Prepare landscape plans, planting plans, and construction documentation for residential and mixed-use developments
Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and city agencies throughout project delivery
Support projects through site visits and construction administration activities
Assist with permitting, presentations, and design review processes
Help manage project quality, schedules, and budgets across multiple active developments
Collaborate with internal development and construction teams to deliver cohesive outdoor environments
What we're looking for:
Degree in Landscape Architecture
Licensed Landscape Architect
3+ years of professional experience within landscape architecture
Proficiency across AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments is preferred
Strong communication and project coordination skills
Someone who enjoys collaborative project environments and staying involved throughout delivery
