What you'll be doing:
Manage and lead landscape architecture projects from design through construction
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the studio
Participate in studio operations and strategic project planning
What we're looking for:
6+ years of experience in landscape architecture
Skilled in project management and client coordination
Proven track record of leading projects through all phases
Strong interest in studio operations and leadership
Experience with residential and/or boutique hospitality projects preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp (or similar tools)
