We're looking for a Land Development Project Manager to join a dynamic engineering and planning team in Orlando, FL!

A forward-thinking firm integrating innovative technology-enabled solutions across diverse disciplines, including environmental science, transportation planning, and civil engineering
A strong presence in Florida with a portfolio that includes mixed-use multifamily developments, national homebuilders, healthcare and commercial projects, industrial developments, and major hospitality ventures like amusement parks
Works with State DOTs, municipalities, and private clients on high-profile projects such as Water Street Tampa, The Grow, and Wellness Way
A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
5+ years of engineering experience on complex projects
PE licensure in Florida or ability to obtain within 12 months
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and stormwater management
Experience preparing site plans, construction documents, specifications, and engineering reports
A bit about tasks:
Develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications for large-scale projects
Prepare and review land development design and permitting documents
Manage project financial performance and maintain strong client relationships
Lead meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
Supervise design teams during Construction Administration
