What you'll be doing:
Develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications for large-scale projects
Prepare and review land development design and permitting documents
Manage project financial performance and maintain strong client relationships
Lead meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
Supervise design teams during Construction Administration
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
5+ years of engineering experience on complex projects
PE licensure in Florida or ability to obtain within 12 months
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and stormwater management
Experience preparing site plans, construction documents, specifications, and engineering reports
