Interiors Superintendent

What you'll be doing:
Lead all interior construction activities on commercial projects through every phase of the interior build
Drive interior phasing plans and keep short term schedules on track
Coordinate closely with base build teams, project managers, and design consultants
Manage subcontractors with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule
Oversee inspections, mock ups, and owner or tenant walk throughs
Keep interior work on schedule while managing costs
Support documentation, closeout, and commissioning efforts
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in commercial interior construction
Experience managing interior scopes on large commercial projects
Strong knowledge of interior systems including framing, drywall, ceilings, finishes, and MEP coordination
Background working in occupied or phased commercial environments is a plus
Comfortable leading large subcontractor teams and keeping interior schedules on track
Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam, with some exposure to P6 desired
A steady, detail focused leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety
