What you'll be doing:
Leading and growing the Interior Architecture practice
Developing new business opportunities across workplace, mixed use, and commercial sectors
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
Leading project pursuits, presentations, and proposal efforts
Overseeing project delivery, design quality, and team performance
Mentoring and developing interior architecture staff
Supporting client engagement and helping secure new project opportunities
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects
Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the interiors business
What we're looking for:
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
10+ years of professional experience within commercial architecture and interiors
Proven business development and client relationship management experience
Strong portfolio of workplace, mixed use, and commercial projects
Experience leading teams and managing project delivery
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship building skills
Proficiency in Revit and industry standard design software
Ability to balance business development, leadership, and project responsibilities
