A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited program (other degrees considered based on relevant experience)
Registered Professional Engineer (PE), NCARB Registered Architect, or similar industry certification
10+ years of experience in engineering or forensic investigations
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus
Prior design and/or investigative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
A bit about tasks:
Conduct and manage forensic investigations, assessments, and expert witness assignments
Prepare accurate technical reports, repair documents, and occasionally provide expert testimony
Lead multi-discipline or large-loss investigations involving other staff and external consultants
Develop repair design solutions for damaged and deteriorated structures
Manage multiple assignments concurrently while ensuring high-quality deliverables
Delegate tasks and mentor production staff for maximum productivity and profitability
