What you'll be doing:
Leading electrical scopes on large data center projects from planning through closeout
Managing crews, foremen, and subcontractors on site
Overseeing schedules, budgets, and resource planning
Collaborating with clients, general contractors, and leadership to drive progress
Resolving field challenges while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
What we're looking for:
7+ years of experience working on data center or large scale electrical projects
Strong background managing teams and large-scale job sites
Background in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, an electrical apprenticeship, or related hands-on training
A clear communicator with strong organization and hands-on leadership
