What you'll be doing:


  • Design and oversee electrical systems for diverse building projects, ensuring high performance and efficiency

  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring client satisfaction

  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation

  • Support the development of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical solutions


What we're looking for:


  • 5 – 15 years of experience in electrical design and engineering consulting

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

  • Passionate about mentoring and developing junior engineers, with a desire to grow into a leadership role

  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems design for commercial, institutional, or industrial projects

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
