A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis
Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer
8+ years of relevant experience, or a demonstrated combination of education and practical experience
Skilled in leadership, team coordination, and client relationship management
Experience with Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools
Business development experience is a plus
A bit about tasks:
Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to ensure alignment with project needs
Provide quality control and technical oversight across deliverables
Apply deep knowledge of electrical engineering from design through construction and post-occupancy
Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations
Foster strong client relationships and represent the team as a technical leader
Support internal mentorship and team development
