Director of Landscape Architecture

With a steady flow of public and private projects and close in house collaboration across planning and engineering, it’s a great platform for someone ready to lead, grow a team, and make an impact.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading the landscape architecture team and setting the direction for future growth
• Overseeing design and technical delivery across a range of project types
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Taking an active role in business development and project pursuits
• Supporting and mentoring junior and mid level staff
• Managing scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Working with in house teams across engineering, planning, and other disciplines to deliver coordinated designs
What we're looking for:
• At least 10 years of experience in landscape architecture
• Strong design and technical skills across all phases of a project
• Experience working on both public and private sector projects, including parks, civic spaces, mixed use sites, streetscapes, and site planning
• Proven ability to win work and manage client relationships
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• Licensed Landscape Architect (RLA)
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with and leading a team
