Director Of Business Development

What you'll be doing:

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and projects, coordinating with internal teams to support growth

• Track and report on key performance metrics, sales targets, and lead conversion rates

• Work with leadership to refine business development strategies and go-to-market plans

• Develop and present proposals that highlight the firm’s services and approach

• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

• Conduct client needs assessments and identify ways to expand services with existing clients

• Partner with marketing on campaigns, client-specific collateral, and outreach initiatives

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity

• Support branding and PR efforts to raise the firm’s visibility in the design and restoration sectors

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales

• Strong understanding of the NYC property management and/or real estate development market

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Proficient in CRM (Pipedrive or Salesforce), marketing analytics, and design tools (InDesign, Photoshop

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Experience with government or large institutional projects is a plus
