This multidisciplinary design consultancy is looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to lead an established and growing Landscape Architecture Studio. What you'll be doing:
Lead and develop the Landscape Architecture Studio, creating a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients while supporting business development initiatives
Oversee project delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
Recruit, mentor, and develop landscape architects and project teams
Lead proposals, presentations, and bids for new project opportunities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions
Manage external consultants and project partners where required
Support the continued growth and strategic direction of the studio
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
10+ years of professional landscape architecture experience
Professional Landscape Architect registration or licensure
Proven success in business development and winning new work
Strong leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and a collaborative leadership style
