Construction Site Safety Manager

With over 50 years in electrical construction, this firm has built a strong presence across mission critical and commercial projects throughout the US. Their work includes large scale data centers and technically demanding electrical construction projects where coordination, planning, and field execution are a major focus. As project demand continues to grow, they are continuing to expand their Boise team across major mission critical construction projects and are now looking for a Site Safety Manager to support project delivery and field operations.

What you'll be doing:


  • Overseeing health and safety practices across mission critical and commercial electrical construction projects

  • Working closely with project leadership and field teams to ensure safe planning and execution of work

  • Leading and mentoring on site safety personnel, including performance management and training support

  • Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations

  • Developing and reviewing project specific safety plans and procedures

  • Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain compliance across site activities

  • Delivering safety training and supporting continuous improvement across safety programs

  • Supporting emergency response planning and maintaining readiness outside normal working hours when required



What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent certifications such as CSP

  • 5-7 years' safety experience within commercial or industrial electrical construction

  • Previous experience on mission critical, data center, healthcare, or large scale commercial projects preferred

  • Strong understanding of NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations, and industry safety standards

  • Experience working for an electrical contractor is highly preferred

  • Knowledge of high risk construction activities including excavation, fall protection, cranes, scaffolding, and confined spaces

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working closely with field teams in fast paced construction environments
