What you'll be doing:
Apply your knowledge of HVAC, building automation, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and energy systems
Review design documents, OPRs, and energy code compliance (WSEC and others)
Lead functional testing, system optimization, and identify energy-saving opportunities
Develop commissioning plans and guide multidisciplinary teams
Use Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; CAD/Revit experience is a plus
Coordinate multiple projects with strong organization and time-management skills
Lead meetings with diverse stakeholders and monitor construction progress
Mentor team members and provide leadership on projects
Communicate technical issues clearly and collaboratively
Develop client documentation, reports, and owner training materials
Build positive client relationships and support departmental growth
