Commissioning Engineer

What you'll be doing:
Lead commissioning services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems from design through closeout
Perform design reviews and develop commissioning plans and specifications
Partner closely with design teams, contractors, and owners to support project goals
Evaluate building systems and document findings in clear, well written technical reports
Manage commissioning projects, including scope, schedule, and budget
Communicate effort, expectations, and progress clearly with clients and internal teams
Support project start up activities, billing, and contract administration
Mentor and guide junior engineers and commissioning staff
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
10+ years of hands on commissioning experience
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and applicable codes
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel regionally to project sites for testing and field work
