What you'll be doing:
• Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in the industrial space
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers
• Leading proposal and bid efforts to help secure new work
• Developing partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry contacts
• Tracking market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy
What we're looking for:
• At least five years of business development experience in construction
• Ideally coming from a GC, civil engineering firm, or industrial real estate background
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market
• Existing relationships you can bring with you
• Confident communicator who’s comfortable representing the business externally
