As the team continues to grow, they're looking for a senior professional who can lead projects, mentor staff, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the firm's long term success.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing construction documents for façade, roofing, and waterproofing restoration projects
Conducting field inspections and documenting restoration work in progress
Leading project meetings with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Managing project delivery and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Mentoring and supporting junior consultants and technical staff
Performing façade and parking garage ordinance inspections
Identifying opportunities for new and repeat business
Preparing proposals and supporting project pursuits
Coordinating with clients and project teams throughout project delivery
Supporting marketing and relationship building efforts
What we're looking for:
Experience in building envelope, building enclosure, façade, roofing, or waterproofing consulting
Strong knowledge of restoration design and construction administration
Experience preparing technical reports, specifications, and construction documents
Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight
Experience managing client relationships and project stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Interest in mentoring and supporting junior staff
Experience with façade and parking garage inspections is highly desirable
Ability to balance technical consulting, project management, and business development responsibilities
