What you'll be doing:
Performing building envelope assessments, investigations, and site observations
Supporting enclosure design consulting for new construction projects
Reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and material submittals
Conducting field testing and quality assurance reviews related to waterproofing and air and water performance
Preparing technical reports, specifications, and repair recommendations
Coordinating with architects, contractors, ownership groups, and project teams
Supporting projects from initial investigation through construction completion
Participating in client meetings and project discussions
What we're looking for:
5+ years of building enclosure or building envelope consulting experience
Background in Architecture or Engineering
Experience with façade systems, roofing, waterproofing, air and water barriers, and exterior wall assemblies
Knowledge of enclosure investigations, condition assessments, and construction administration
Experience preparing technical reports and repair recommendations
Strong communication and client facing skills
Professional licensure or progress toward licensure preferred
Ability to balance field work, technical consulting, and project coordination
