What you'll be doing:
Conduct building envelope assessments and field investigations
Support facade, roofing, waterproofing, and restoration projects
Prepare technical reports and repair recommendations
Carry out site visits and construction observations
Assist with forensic investigations and building performance evaluations
Work closely with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
Support project delivery, budgeting, and client communication
What we're looking for:
4+ years of experience in Building Envelope Consulting, Restoration, Architecture, or Engineering
Experience with facade, roofing, waterproofing, or enclosure assessments
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
EIT, PE, RA, or working toward licensure preferred
Strong communication and report writing skills
Comfortable working in the field and directly with clients
